Tour Guide and Researcher Lucy Brouwer is available to present illustrated talks on the Nottingham architects Watson Fothergill and Thomas Chambers Hine. Talks on Fothergill’s buildings in Mansfield and Fothergill’s houses in The Park Estate, Nottingham are also available.
So far these talks have taken place in libraries at Beeston and West Bridgeford, and at Nottinghamshire County Archives as well as for local history societies in Farnsfield, Ilkeston and Mansfield. The Park Estate talk was created for The Park Estate Residents Association. Lucy has also presented talks at care homes, where the residents enjoyed sharing their memories of Nottingham buildings.
