PAYMENT
Tours are usually around 2 hours long but can be adapted to the needs of the group. Tours usually start at 10 am on Sundays, 2 pm or 6 pm on weekdays or at times negotiated with the client.
Full payment is due in advance of the tour start date. A minimum charge of £100 is required for groups, thereafter £20 per person – maximum 20 people. There is a surcharge for tours on Saturdays. Please contact Lucy to discuss group size, dates and fees. Walks are suitable for those over 12 years. Infants in prams and well behaved dogs on leads are welcome, at organiser’s discretion.
Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling via direct bank transfer (this is the preferred method) or PayPal which incurs a 2.9% fee which will be added to the total.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION
Group tours:
More than 14 days in advance of the date booked: 100% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
8-14 days in advance of the date booked: 50% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
4-7 days in advance of the date booked: 25% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
Less than 4 days: No refunds
Eventbrite bookings: No refunds
INSURANCE
Lucy Brouwer of Watson Fothergill Walk is covered by business liability insurance, but clients are strongly recommended to purchase their own Travel Insurance.
