PAYMENT
Fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis with the client.
Tours are usually around 2 hours long. Tours usually start at 10 am on Sundays, 2 pm on weekdays or at times negotiated with the client.
Full payment is due in advance of the tour start date.
Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling via direct bank transfer or PayPal which incurs a 2.9% fee.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION
Private tours:
More than 14 days in advance of the date booked: 100% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
8-14 days in advance of the date booked: 50% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
4-7 days in advance of the date booked: 25% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
Less than 4 days: No refund
INSURANCE
Lucy Brouwer of Watson Fothergill Walk is covered by business liability insurance, but clients are strongly recommended to purchase their own Travel Insurance.
